My dog got dog napped and the manager shot the train after someone touched a window. The place has the most ratchet customer service I have ever seen. They curse you out and literally make you depressed for being there. There are bugs and disease everywhere, it's absolutely disgusting, and the place gets robbed every Tuesday. Stay away

Nice station but usually quite dirty. Area can be dangerous at night.

It’s a tube station, what do you expect. Decent frequency. Usually has one staff member in ticket office not doing much. 2 ticket machines and the step free access to the Southbound platform is through a gate a fair walk from the station building. If I couldn’t do steps, would get local bus to Finchley central for Southbound accessibility.

The Station could be better, they need a gate at the Essex Park entrance and it could be bigger.

Quiet neighbourhood. When you exit the tube station it is only a short walk to shops and services before the Residential area starts. One needs to go overhead the rail line to join the tube going toward central London. Not quite sure about how disabled passengers manage.

A very quiet and serene area.

A perfectly fine little station outside the main part of the city, obviously a little more unloved than anything in zones 1-2.

There are toilets here, but they had instructions saying you require an attendant to either open them or to give you a key.

Great station. I’ll be honest it’s not needed. People would rather trek a couple more minutes to Woodside Park or Finchley Central depends where you live. I live in N12 so I’d take the trek to Woodside Park because it makes sense to be there. Imo it shouldn’t be there to confuse the tourists and the locals. It’s technically Finchley Central
