Proper "old" tube station.
Station staff are brilliant and so polite.
Very clean and a credit to TFL (Transport for London)

Beautifuld old fashion underground station. It can get busy at the rush hours. Its located right in the center and great starting point for your London tour. The only min point is that there are only stairs, in the case you have heavy luggage with you, you better use the neighbouring underground as Liverpool Street.

Very miserable underground station. A lot of narrow stairs to go. The platforms of all three lines is literally 2 meters wide! Air in the station is very very dusty! Everywhere there is garbage and dirt! And one of the worst is that in none of London's underground stations there is mobile network coverage. In every other city that I have visited there is, but no London is special why to put mobile coverage in the subway......

Great starting point for London tours. 5 minute walk from Tower Bridge and the Towers of London. Trains are clean and provide easy access to other parts of London.

Wow!!! Nice! Cool! With the financial house close by and Meyer container house close by and Stayed at Altitude point on Alie street, I was wowed. The White Chapel. Too many sights to behold. Great experience.

I like it from an infrastructure standpoint as the station is uniquely sandwiched in a triangle junction which is pretty cool, however, it can be a pain using this station due to it being difficult to work out which Metropolitan Line service will be leaving first. There's no step free access either, to the grand shock of nobody.

A tip would be to wait on the Hammersmith bound platform as Circle Line trains are still decently frequent by themselves.

The lack of accurate information and incompetence at this station is staggering. The main problem is that events can change while on the platform, with 3 platforms going to Baker Street it would be much better to let everyone know which platform is leaving first - at platform level rather than from upstairs. There is also no communication from the signal controllers to the platform. Customers are often just left to guess what is going on.

Very nice old station building, no step free access or escalators so make sure you can deal with 30-50 steps up to street level.
