A very beautiful area, so beautiful buildings and landmarks, all day long to lose sight of them and take a picture.
I recommend!
5 Stars.

It's a very busy station in the rush hours but almost empty at other times.

You have London Bridge nearby and of course the The Tower Monument To The Great Fire of London sits outside the entrance.

A very steep stepped Tower, but with a great view.

One of the main stations in London where You can catch trains using Northern, District, Central, Waterloo&City, Circle Lines and Docklands Light Rail aka DLR. Connect with Bank Station via public subways. Planty help points, information signs with tube maps, actual stage of London Tube Network and advertising. Really nice stuff members. It's located next to the Monument memorial remembering about the Great Fire of London. Toilets can be found on the station, one of them, in DLR are, is under maintenance. Basically, You can get to any place in London from here. Around the station, You will find a lot of pubs, cafeterias and few shops. Bus stops around in range of 2min walking. In last few year under construction for huge capacity upgrade - to be honest, if You have been here before, check it not, great improvement and more it is on the way. Easy access and helpful information all around.

Attended the Livery Fair.
Great sheep focused fun. Various stalls selling wool and woollen products, and other sheep derivatives including a lamb roast and sheep's milk vodka!
There were representation from various Livery Companies, including the Saddlers' and Lorimers' companies (and if you know what the second of those is you're doing better than I was!), showing their crafts.
Picked up a bag of the Bakers' Company wares and some delicious ice cream from Purbeck Ice Cream (sadly there isn't a Worshipful Company of Ice Cream makers!).
A fun afternoon - and free if you resisted the stalls and their wears!

The Monument stands at the junction of Monument Street and Fish Street Hill in the City of London. It was built between 1671 and 1677 to commemorate the Great Fire of London and to celebrate the rebuilding of the City.

Just your standard station. nothing special to note. kind of close to Bank/Bank(DLR)/Mansion House, about 5 minutes give or take from each.

Getting here, Bank (Central/Waterloo & City Line), Bank (Docklands Light Railway) and Mansion House (Circle/District line) or many of the bus stops dotted around here.

Clean, spacious platforms and easy underground walking access from Bank Station. The early evening we were there the dispatcher was doing his best to deliver Christmas cheer with train sounds and comical-voice announcements.
