Fantastic selection of food and drink with the Marks and Spencer quality. Yes, you do pay a bit more, but the food is always more interesting, better presented and tastes better than Waitrose. Staff always very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Ordered food for Christmas online, collection being the only option currently available. Had trouble ordering a particular item, but it took 10+ minutes on the phone to an advisor to solve a problem that should have taken less than 2 minutes.

Arrived to collect my order today only to find that, after picking up my food, I then have to queue at a till, like a regular supermarket, rather than just pay at the collection desk.

This is a ridiculously inefficient method and hugely inconvenient.

I haven't tried the actual food yet, merely the perceived quality of product and the staff experience is rated at just 3 stars. The overall customer experience would be closer to 2 stars.

Needless to say, depending on how the food comes out, I may be looking elsewhere next year.

Great service. I use Sparks foodhall to click and collect our Christmas food. Turned up to be given a trolley that was wiped down at the door by a friendly worker. Easy, hassle free experience with friendly and polite staff that seem to go the extra mile.Used 2 years in a row for Christmas food and both times has been a nice experience 👍🏻

Went in to return a product 7th June while collecting an order, Manager on shift handled my product for about 5/6 minutes talking to another member of staff seem to think it was acceptable to keep me waiting and then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t return the item at the store, and seemed to have a smile on his face about it - shocking service guys seriously

Went to the Foodhall in Corby, found the lady on self serve checkout to be rude. She needed to verify something on the till came over never acknowledged me, had a face that read "I don't want to be her" her name was Jayne. Doesn't make for a good experience!

Just wanted to take the time to write what a lovely experience I had on Saturday 22/10/22.
I have a sparks card but never check the promotions. This lady on the checkout 'Tina' took the time to check for promotions and low and behold a free packet of pink lady apples for me. Might not be much but this lovely lady took the time to go and fetch me the apples, scan them and all with a smile.. I call this going above and beyond. Well done 🌟👏👏

I bought a pack of oak smoked salmon. I don’t know whether it just missed the slicing machine but it was in big chunks, full of sinew and consequently inedible and consigned to the bin.
A lot of their food promises more than it delivers but I do object to having to throw things away
