Sainsbury's

The store has gone downhill. The shelves are being left empty. Most of the checkouts are usually closed making you to wait for ages
. The car park is 3 hours maximum stay and no return within an our. So if you forgot anything you can't come back or they will charge you £100. Overall a very poor customer service experience.

Decent sized store and Argos contained within. Plenty of parking. Has clothes and toys section too. Just wish they had more formal work type shirts (they did used to have them). Staff are helpful and friendly.

1 person on tills, but tbh only 2 people in queue, they did open another as there was a full trolley waiting, self checkouts were easy as usual

I've been using the click and collect at Sainsbury’s North Cheam since March 2020. Until recently I would have given them 5 stars: very friendly, quick turn around, and the pickers usually got things right.

Unfortunately the collection site has now been ‘upgraded’. Wait times now run to 30 minutes, even when there are only a couple of people waiting. The (new) staff on the ground are still friendly and do their best, but the new system is a disaster.

With disgruntled customers and frantic staff, the experience really has become quite unpleasant. I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere.

Always clean, lots of choice and well stocked up no matter what time of day I go in. I was so pleased to see pink grapefruits back in stock after so long, I wanted to find a member of staff to hug. Instead had a chat with a lovely young lady worker who was very helpful. This is my favourite supermarket.

Has smartphone facility, well maintained toilets, great variety of food and lovely tu clothing and homeward and cards. Also, sells ,tobacco and lottery tickets .Has a Starbucks at the side, timpson and argos click and collect. Generally a nice place to shop.

Rhia from the night crew is credit to Sainsbury's North Cheam. Assisting us in our search for particular coffee beans (late last night) and giving recommendations too! She was very approachable, polite and happy! The night crew are the unsung heroes! Thanks Rhia you are a 🌟

Product very good but fimding wherr the collrction point was to pick up ordered food was nearly impossible I askef three staff members where was and finally was taken to the place. There is unadequate signage of the collection point-must be improved
