M&S Foodhall

I love this store for its quality of product and such good value too. The staff are excellent are very helpful and well mannered. It’s wonderful being able to stroll around the store at a leisurely pace and enjoy the shopping experience as opposed to dreading it. The only time I don’t like this store is when they are doing reductions and you get the “regulars” coming in JUST for reductions and perhaps would never dream of going into M&S otherwise. These are the times when it becomes like a big standard supper market which takes the special moment of persuading at leisure away.

Clean, tidy well laid out store, found everything I needed, very friendly and helpful staff, made this a quick easy shop.

Well-laid out and great, helpful staff. What a shame we have to travel all the way from Grimsby, where we have a poor foodhall within a badly in need of a re-fit store. Lots of plans for a new town centre in Grimsby. Do M & S figure in those? A perfect opportunity to re-vamp and extend the offering for Grimsby customers!! Show some faith!!

I have used the M&S Foodhall since it opened and have enjoyed high quality food and excellent staff .
However , I have a complaint !
Your free range eggs are very tasty but their freshness is very variable.
I enjoy a poached egg but nothing shows the age of an egg better and sometimes the whites of your eggs are very watery.
Please can you have an eye to ensuring freshness ?

Good high quality selection of foods and productits available, and really friendly staff, not too busy either when we went on a Sunday morning.will definatly go again

A consistently high standard of customer service with a wide and varied range of quality food products. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. All this is complimented by an ambience which contributes to a calm and positive shopping experience.

Great selection best quality supermarket in Lincoln with free parking

Always great quality but the staff in this food hall are so friendly and helpful. Today especially 28/06 I popped in around 19:00 to get some kimchi (amongst other things) but couldn't find any. I asked a member of staff who admitted she had not heard of it. We had a bit of a laugh as I tried to badly explain what it was. She did however manage to find me some.
