Tesco Express

Always try and close early. In fact I can recall no less than 5 in a few months turning up at 10:45-10:55 and it's either already closed or one time I had a member of staff stand in the automatic door (partially open at 10.55pm) telling me they're closing and upon me reciting the time they told me, and I quote "you should have come here earlier. Next time you'll know that won't you?" I used to start work at 11pm so clearly it should always be open on route to work... these guys don't care about their jobs or keeping to closing times. I've been in here no less that 100 times in the last 6 months (as mentioned before I go there before work) morning or at night, there are always more than one worker on the shop floor but they always act oblivious to shoppers walking straight past them to the tills and make us wait to be served... poor poor

Late night staff have a very low level of customer service especially the dark haired female working on the chilled section 17/1. It’s also probably a bad idea to see her sitting on a till a few minutes later. Very poor staff indeed

PATHETIC excuse of a shop. I will make an official complaint at the Tesco HQ. About over a month ago I purchased a few items, and I asked for a 5p carrier bag - which was THROWN at me by the old female with grey hair. I was stunned and had to laugh "look at how you're treating me", nothing said from there. I just walked in to hear I was 'barred' by the 'lady' who threw the bag at me, can you believe it??! Thus it's clear this will be an official complaint about her behaviour. I do not tolerate things like this

Been going for years and probably won't stop, but I don't appreciate being followed around the store by a security guard because I'm the old person of colour in there. Almost enough for me to put my stuff down and walk out. If anything at least get someone who looks like they could stop me....or run 100 meters

Allows unmasked members of the public in. On asking why they allow this they stated "Its not a requirement" "Its not our problem" "Our manager said not to worry about it as its not our problem".

Its nice to know that Tesco don't give a dam about their 'law abiding' customers as well as Covid-19 not being 'their problem'.

Tesco your a disgrace

Very unwelcoming and the security guys(None Tesco staff!!!) man handle you to stop you going through the door! Even though the shop only had two people inside..

I will be writing a strongly worded letter to the Store General manager...

Shut on a Saturday at 21:30even though door sign says open til 23:00

Tescos express. Small store but convenient. Does have some good beers unlike other express stores. Self service is card only. Manned till. Open til late.
