Lidl

Love this store, staff are so friendly and prices are great on the pocket. Usually can get some food and items that I need. Will shop most days there as very close to where I work and within walking distance to where I live. Recommend a visit.

I normally shop in lidl because its convenient to my work place and never had any issue with waiting in the queues at the store

But today they just close till 5 with the member of staff still chatting away to a customer which is great show customer service and they probably left feeling valued shame I was not given the same service

James a till operator on till 3 I showed him I only had 3 items he said were closing that till which I accepted but its still frustrating being on the phone to the wife I moaned to her about it your k ow being only human and James took it upon himself to to interrupted my private conversation to tell me to get on with it we have to close the till disgusting attitude to have to a customer with this I have gone off the phone and asked to see his manager

She has come to the till and said dose he want to just moan about you which has not filled me with much confidence in her caring about what's just happen she also couldn't explain how it was good customer service during this time James is smurking at me check your cctv

The security guard has asked me to calm down because at this point as my voice did raise admittedly due to James smurking at me if the security guard saw this or not I am unsure but the whole thing was disgraceful and never been treated so poorly as a customer

Would love to hear from the store manager how he/she feels about it

Every time I came to this store I regret. Every single time the women's that work as cashier can't do their jobs properly, sometimes are rude, and 90% of times they're talking to someone instead of giving me my bill. I would like to know how is it possible to spent 15 minutes waiting to pay my stuff with only two people on the line with very few items.

No bags for fresh cakes , they don't sell tinned hot dogs ( a big wow ) . But as usual the staff very friendly and helpful when u can find one

Always plenty of parking, an excellent range of foods at good prices despite changes due to inflation. Although the brands they sell are not as well known, the quality is just as good. There is a promotion on at present for certain greek style products, the ones I have tried are excellent. Staff are friendly and they take all major credit cards. We shop here regularly as prices have remained affordable and fresh fruit and vegetables are always well stocked. The Bakery is also, with a variety of bread and sweet treats.

Always cheap, but lovely goods and fresh produce, nothing ever too much trouble for them. Staff are always polite, friendly and keen to help

Typically UK Lidl with the same products. Best price in town and a good quality.
