Shop was fine. Apart from the lady staff member behind the cigs counter. I asked her if they did top ups on gas and electricity. And she had such an attitude on her while saying no. 2 mins after my mate pops in and stands there ages waiting for her to finish reading her magazine.

Never went inside morrisons but outside they have one of those 24/7 washing machines and dryers that I used. Really clean and super easy to use. Washed a heavy duvet and it came out clean and smelled way better. My cat has bladder issues so it was convient to use without having to go into somewhere with a duvet smelling of that. The softener was good but not as nice as the stuff at home but it did come out soft and cosy. They have an option for adding fabric softener so if you don't want it then you don't need to use it which was good for those who may be allergic to softeners. Would definitely go again moreso for the 24/7 aspect.

Cafe for breakfast, food was ready cooked and sitting in plate warmer cabinet in baremarie pots, cutlery was filthy, had to use hot water to clean ourselves, defo needs work

Aggressive and intimidating staff. We were shopping while on holiday for our sons first birthday. I presented my card and took a receipt. When I finished putting my shopping in my car and was strapping my son in staff came running out with security. While security circled round me, as if I was going to run leaving my son, staff said my payment did no go through. I was happy to go in and pay if not a bit daunted by the security at my shoulder. My partner took the opportunity to buy some medicine but another till did not work, as she moved to a new till security then told her to make sure she paid for the medicine. At our local morrisons staff are lovely. At Kirkham they appear to need a hobby.

When at the checkout I don't appreciate me shopping being thrown to the bagging area so much so that my bag of sugar was split open and leaked over my other item by time I got home.

I regularly visit this store. It's what you expect from a supermarket. It is a smaller sized store compared to most of their stores, this means less variety on certain products. Quite a few prices have increased, but that's the world we live in
