The shop itself is pretty good . A fair range of produce at reasonable prices. My one staff is for the toilets. Over the years I've used them a few times and they are never particularly clean. Went in today and there was ingrained dirt in the corners of the floor , the mirrors were filthy and the sinks weren't much better. The walls were all streaked presumably where someone had attempted to clean them... poorly. Last of all it never smells very fresh.
Come on Tesco , sort it out. With toilets like that people will question the cleanliness of the rest of the store.
Another edit to my review. Tesco staff seem happy to ignore their double refund policy unless you ask. I was charged the incorrect price for an item today and when I complained I was given the difference. When I then asked the member of staff what their overcharge policy was I was given and blank look in return. It was only penny's but I find it very dishonest that they try to "get away" with not giving you the correct amount

I would just like to say what a pleasure it is shopping at your store. The staff are so helpful and cheery and today in particular went that little bit further to find the item I wanted.

It's superstore, its big store, most of the items are available. only issue no mobile network inside the store. loads of offer and cheaper in price compare to other tesco express store.

Hardly any checkouts open, colossal queues at self checkouts.. not a great experience, I was told they are putting even more self checkouts in. Is there any wonder why people are abandoning and switching to Aldi and Lidl

The food at tescos was great but the slight taste of asbestos in the deli chicken really didnt help the flavour. Overall 9/10

Good layout with a good selection of products including vegetarian and vegan friendly options. Shoutout to Kent, the best till operator in the UK! Absolute legend

Great store with a huge collection of items including essentials and clothes. The seasonal collection for Easter was excellent. There were also special discounts on multiple products including wines and chocolates. There is also a Costa inside the store.
