Avoid at all costs! Out of date food on shelves. 2 different prices for almost all items. 1 on the Item 1 on the ticket yet somehow the actual price is different to both these prices and higher. Been double charged consistently for at least 1 item in my past 3 visits. Staff will argue go over remove the ticket then claim it wasn't on the shelf after I watch them remove it.

Terrible place just avoid

24/7 is the only POV I do see here. Very good customer service.

I'm homeless in every time I've gone in they've always gave me a hot dog to eat for free until recently when I was accused of shoplifting from there store when in fact I had items in my pocket that I had brought from a previous store yet one of the staff stood at the door of Budgens to prevent me from leaving and because I'm disabled on crutches pushed me over and I fell to the floor not once have I ever stolen items from Budgens it bead Park I thought that they were very caring and understanding up until that part from homeless guy Barry by the way for all those that think they know me me I don't have a place to call my own sometimes people let me sleep on their settees orders allow me into their homes so that I'm able to use a shower and for them to wash my clothes so please people have a bit of empathy I am homeless I don't need abuse I've got enough problems to deal with already thank you

Overly priced over that rude customer service, today (night of 28.11) the shop assistant got mad at the polite customer with his card being declined, giving him no option to come back for the groceries they picked and pay in a bit. I hope the management replace the unnecessarily rude customer assistants once and update the pricing on many products to current prices (the product was listed on the shelf as 19£ and was charged 27£ at till ‘for the new version of the product’ whereas the same product has remained on the shelf since last year)

This is not the cheapest supermarket around but it is open 24 hours which is a godsend when you've been out clubbing and you don't want to queue at McDonald's. Staff are friendly and helpful. They do stock some things that I haven't seen anywhere else, like Baker Street long lasting bread, which has about 4 to 6 weeks shelf life and is actually really nice, but it's a small place so their range isn't huge. Fruit and Super Noodles are really expensive. They do keep their Slushy machines on all night, even in winter, although this is new this year and I don't know if they will keep it up.
