Terrible customer service, every time I go to my local Tesco there is a long line of people (this being due to only one member of staff being on tills and working incredibly slow). I sometimes use the self service check out as this would be quicker. but even then i am waiting at least five minutes for a staff member to acknowledge what I say even after repeatedly asking for a carrier bag because they have been removed from self service tills. Most aisles are 80% of the time blocked and filled with cages of stock which has not been put out and has been left. I try to avoid having shopping done at Tesco when possible.

Staff are excellent but sick of stale ear buttons bread. There is never any fresh. Do Tesco change the sticky labels with the date on until all bread is sold before putting what is supposed to be fresh bread on the shelf.

Pathetic only a third of customers wore face masks, only the security guard wore a mask. None of the staff were masked.
