The floor assistants were extremely helpful and displayed a customer-oriented attitude when I asked them to show me where dairy-free cheese section is. One of the retail assistants had a good knowledge of the type of cheese that I can use as a substitute for parmigiana.We looked everywhere, but there was no dairy free parmigiana cheese at any store, not just Waitrose. I ended up going for what he recommended (lactose free Wedge) and my Italian dish turned out just as good. Keep up the great work. High standards are always appropriated x

Customer service is 5* no matter when and what time you go! Adam working on the fresh deli counter is just outstanding! He remembers names of his clients and knows exactly what you like to buy. Absolute star working for John Lewis group! Top class customer service!

Clean and tidy with a good selection of stock. Good seasonal rotation. In store bakery, butcher and fish counter as well as a small delicatessen area.
Beware marked down items as they're rarely a good deal (picked up an item that he'd been discounted by 5p that expired that day).

I have been a customer of Waitrose for over 45 years and over the past few years have relied on their excellent delivery service. I have always found the Drivers to be extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful, and over the past two years during lockdown I have particularly welcomed their visits. My grateful thanks to them and all the Partners who contribute to this service.

It's got a nice selection of food but more expensive than Sainsbury's or Morrisons for exactly the same produce not somewhere I normally frequent only went there as I got a gift card with some money on definitely stick to Morrisons or Sainsbury's

Always seems to have what i'm looking for. Tend to go here for fresh fish / seafood and a huge selection of wines, beers and spirits. Generally quieter in the evenings and early morning.
