A small shop, but a good selection of food to go (sandwiches, sushi, etc), and real groceries. Flowers and greeting cards and chocolates, too. Fresh breads and pastries. Even a small gluten-free section. Located in the hospital concourse.

Staff are fantastic, self service tills are awful with the celebrity voice additions, have visited far less since their introduction as they mess with my hearing problem. Also, why cant i buy a salad without spinach for my lunch? Kidney stone sufferer here and spinach is the worst possible thing i could eat!! Almost every other dietry requirement catered for but not low oxalate :-(

Overpriced and extremely rude and unfriendly staff. When using the self-checkout and it wasn't working properly, one member of staff jumped at me screaming "What happened?" as if I wanted to steal the item that could not be scanned. Other member of staff constantly makes poke face when visiting the store. Always crowded and long queues. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives and proper supermarkets near the Addenbrookes and I will have to continue using this rubbish store.

All the essential food you need.
Would be good to see more loose fruits yo buy.
I only wish shop would use less plastic and offer plastic bags alternatives.

Not an enjoyable experience shopping here. Extremely crowded at times.
Staff very busy. Expensive to shop here. Would use as last resort. For this size of hospital premises need to be larger.

Food is pricey but the only option for miles around. The place be be so much more attractive if it had a microwave to heat food in.

Member of staff wearing his mask on his chin. Probably couldn't wear it correctly for all the gurning he was doing. The other staff weren't much better. It looks as though there isn't a brain cell among them.

The shop itself is a standard M&S. Overpriced for average quality food. Considering that this is the primary source of groceries and supplies for patients and visitors, Addenbrookes could have chosen a cheaper outlet. A lot of people that visit have no other choice and may not be able to afford very much.
