Rude staff and bias to diversity and very discriminating. Came in with NHS badge first time and hot my lunch for work and then 20 mins later another NHS staff came in and was offered a free coffee or tea. Funny this is. Only difference between us is im black and their white. Will not be taking my money here instead tesco 3mins away with petrol station and lovely staff.

What has happened to staff social distancing?? As always amazing choice of foods albeit? M&S is THE most expensive food shop - but they do have the nicest food....

Awful service from them when ordering via Deliveroo. They gave me the wrong pizza, and gave me one with toppings I am allergic too. I called to let the staff know and the guy on the phone put the phone down on me. Very rude. Expensive and rude service! Will not be ordering again and will take this further!

They said they accept only cash and not a card. I mean it's Indian variant corona right now which is twice likely to distribute! Where are the regulations??? Have left without breaking gov advice. What a shame for not following minor measures! Not smth I would expect from M&S.
