Tesco Superstore

I have always been happy with the service I have received at Haslingden Tesco but over the last couple of days I have received outstanding customer care from the mobile phone department. Stephen, in particular, worked extremely hard to overcome problems I had with my new phone set up and showed great patience and skill. Thank you so much.

Extremely bad management in the morning, with only one person doing the tills and multiple people working on the shop floor, person at till said she was the only person working at all the tills(self service which all needed assistance to operate them) if she had any training she would call for extra help. Extremely poor service. Training for all staff needed to operate tills like Lidl and Aldi!!!!!!!! Shockingly bad.

Well not one manager in sight no security in store so free for all I guess customer findings it confusing where price were in a different place than products it's sadly gone down hill very fast won't be rushing back

I recently visited your Haslingden store. I was looking for a specific make of screen wash. A young gentleman was unpacking boxes in that area. I asked if he had the make, Prestone. He said he didn’t think he had. He later came to find me with a bottle of that screen wash. Excellent service.

Decent range of fresh produce and general grocery along with clothes range and small appliances

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I've had multiple prescription from the doctor and get th sent here because it's the closest and never have anything I need in. Last time we went they rang the other tesco and told us they had what we needed and sent us there. We got there and no we haven't got it and had no phone call.

Always a decent, well stocked store with friendly staff. They stock a lot more of the finest range here

Customer service staff very helpful. Good to have a coffee. In house charity book sale always worth a dip into. Sushi bar always looks tempting
