Tesco Superstore

Really nice Tesco store. Well staffed and a nice building incorporating the community too. Well stocked and has a good range of products. One of the better Tesco I've been to.

A few of the staff are so grumpy. Think there is only 1 or 2 that are actually helpful and know how to smile, Usually try to find these 2 if I go to a till otherwise I avoid. One of the security guards (quite tall, really short hair, usually wears a suit) is so so intimidating. Be for I'm even in the shop I feel like I have done something wrong just from the pure grumpy unpleasant look he gives me and others. He stands there looking at people, shaking his head like he disapproves of people, this man makes me feel like walking straight back out and going to Aldi around the corner. I miss the other security that used to stand there. There friendly attitude would make you feel welcome. I think there should be some sort of mutual respect if you choose to spend your money at this shop, needs to look at some of the staff and there attitude towards customers. Otherwise the shop itself is good 😄😄😄

It's okay but not a huge selection and the fridges and freezer are always breaking.

Freezers always broken. Everything absolutely extortionate unless you let them track all your spending on a clubcard.

Aldi two minutes away has much much better prices and higher quality meats & vegetables.

Still ripping us off with fuel prices. Today, 12/1/23 petrol £1.45 a litre. Preston Morrisons, £138.

Use the pharmacy here to pick up prescriptions and do a little shopping as well. Nice big car park. Petrol station as well

I have shopped at this store for many years but I have never seen such demoralised staff for the last year or so.
It was always a pleasure to visit,and the shopfloor staff would always welcome people with a smile and be so helpful.
The impression I now have is that the staff have been browbeaten into being subservient and are actually not allowed to express their previous good relationship with customers.
I do not know what has happened with regards to the decision making structure at Tesco Buckshaw but as a once regular customer I question why Aldi car park is always full, but Tesco's is only half full,there has to be some reason why !

Not a Gud experience with EV charging. Not working with Pod point app. Touched my card and it took £30 deposit. No idea why it’s so much amount charged. Chargers out of order. Chargers doesn’t work they need to switch off the payment system. They taking pre authorisation of £30 from many customers for broken charger. Lidl is better.
