Booked an express delivery.
Got a message that Uber was on the way with order. Then got message saying it was returned. Tried to get in touch for explanation but had to go online to complain. 4hrs later still no order. They have taken full payment plus express fee. 🤥Order number 8002269002074.

The staff are miserable, the guy who served me refused, to acknowledge that I had a blue light card & therefore would not be able to claim my 10% discount (this has happened twice now there) after speaking to some friends he had done that with her & also moaned why should NHS workers get discount as they don’t get discount. Talk about begrudge someone . So will not be shopping at Accrington asda again.

Hi Tasha
It was the 1/9/22 at 11.20am it was a older guy who was on the end till, near to the self serve. I had the same problem with a woman at Christmas, she even disagreed with a colleague of hers .

Ordered and paid for my item on the 24th November I'm disabled and live about a mile from the store I'm still waiting for the delivery and I have been informed that it could take another 3 days to deliver meaning it's going to take 8 day's to get my paid for item, delivered less than a miles distance. Well done haha

Visited this morning and did a big shop of £280. In that shopping I bought a bottle of champagne for a a birthday gift , I went to the checkout and started to put my goods on the belt I was asking the lady on the till about the offer advertised for if u spent so much on the champagne she kindly told me to download the Asda rewards App so on doing this, there was a very rude old man moaning because I was doing this I was livid he had a basket with 3 items in , moan moan so I said I'm not rushing throwing my purchases in my trolley wen ive spent over £200 . Fiona on the till was very nice and said don't worry just take ur time . I threw my coat off sweating and stressed I'd had a nice walk around doing my shopping nobody pecking my head and no stress, that soon changed with Mr Grump!!!,I thanked Fiona for her good customer service she was lovely. On leaving the store I spoke with Andrea she's always there on the self serve I told her of my experience and that I would put a review on. I then left and packed my shopping outside still cross at the miserable old very rude man . Rant over!

No tills open even though staff were milling around, self-service only and the pharmacy was also closed at 9:30pm. Going downhill fast!

Edit - the pharmacy wasn't actually closed, I was just told it was by a member of staff. I have since received an apology and am assured the pharmacy is open as normal

Ok as a supermarket, called in at about 4.30, self service staff were very rude though, left thinking about how I'd stick to tesco and aldi in the future

Was really untidy this morning.. I know its almost Christmas and can only presume they were trading during the night but there was rubbish everywhere and stock still on pallets. The few staff were doing their best but seemed to be fighting a losing battle. Hope that all stores were the same as the economy needs the trade

I went to do my Christmas shop to find that there were still only 2 tills on and another 3 tills had been taken away from the store itself. Since the Isa brothers took over they are cutting corners. Upon speaking with a couple of staff members the cleaners have gone and humans are being replaced for electronic tills meaning more people lose their jobs. What about elderly people who want a little chat with someone or just to get out to see people? What they are doing is ALL wrong and it isn't the way forward. I hope all the machines break and I hope people start ditching their trollies and leaving them. The staff need to make a stand and WALK OUT will never ever go to an electronic self serve till. BRING BACK THE PEOPLE
