Always a queue at the checkouts whenever I visit. Poor selection of food. Stock levels way out of proportion for items e.g. a while shelf dedicated to frozen onion rings. 3 rows of them why not have 1 row and 2 other items.

Small and cramped but has done it's best at cramming in a great amount of choice. Fruit and Veg through to cupboard fillers and wine. Very handy for self-catering top-up.

Our local shop, shelves always well stocked, wide range for its size and DIY check outs to keep your blood pressure up (but patient staff to help).

A small store but it does have almost everything their superstores have. It is open from very early in the morning to very late at night. It has an extensive wine collection and a Costa coffee machine, which is ideal for a 7am coffee before going around the corner to the train station to catch the Lymington train for a day on the IOW, or Isle Of Wight.

Has all the produce you can need! Didn't wait in line to long, I only say that as certain times of the day is busier than others. Great shop! As usual wear a mask around the shop! It's very well stocked and very clean and tidy! Disabled friendly and access to the front door very easily obtained! 5 *

As a shop assistant at Waitrose myself, I am appalled by the service here. I didn’t realise that if you spent more than 2 minutes there harmlessly and peacefully BUYING THEIR PRIDUCTS to be followed around, asked to hurry up and then to top it off, asked not to return because the staff member simply ‘does not like the way I am shopping’. Safe to Say I will not be coming back and a formal complaint will be made to your head office.

Really well-stocked local shop, more than the usual Tesco of this kind. Polite staff, convenient working hours.
