Tesco Superstore

Good selection of everything. Store far too cold. Obviously freezer needs to be frosty but aisles nearby are uncomfortable. Choice is good, prices are often ott. Tesco deliveries are generally very good, on time, helpful friendly people. Online shopping can be a nightmare when making payment. Given up on that

Great Tesco! It has the biggest plant-based selection I have ever seen. Not even in some major London Tescos I could find such a wide range of vegan products. Well done! You have two new happy customers!

Came to faversham today for an event and popped in on our way home I was greeted with a lovely clean store and the staff on the shop floor were so friendly I had the same pleasure at the till it was such a pleasant experience as we’re I live unfortunately we don’t get the same treatment I just had to leave a review so thank you to the staff at Tesco faversham for being so lovely 😊

Disappointed I could not organise a Teaco Credit Card in store.

I have been using Tesco pharmacy, Faversham, for a number of years. If I have any query about my regular prescription, my phone calls are always treated with kindness and politeness and dealt with promptly. Thank you.

18/5 @ 1115 Bought some fuel and a coffee. I have at least 1 Costa coffee a day, usually 2, but this time the coffee missed the cup. No problem, I poured another one. I payed at the counter, no problem there, lovely lady. As I walked out another Tesco person, a rotund lady, asked me if I’d paid for the other coffee I’d left. Well, obviously not as there was a minimal amount of coffee in it, just milk. She then started saying I’d put the cup under incorrectly, I hadn’t and I’ve never had this happen before. She then continued to try and humiliate me in front of other customers on the forecourt, eventually walking away shaking her head. I’ve honestly never met such a rude member of staff as this. This is not a regular store for me but next time I’m in Faversham (often) I’ll head to Morrison’s. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also, I’ve never ever written a review before - this appalling woman incensed me so much I felt compelled to.

I had problems with my Tesco phone and can honestly say that the Tesco mobile unit In store is soooo helpful. Stacey & Ryan were really helpful today & I can’t rate their customer skills highly enough, ten minutes and it was sorted, such a pleasant experience. Thankyou for your help. Xxxx

It's a nice tesco in a unique building with a good selection of items and good staff. Only problem I have is the parking as even though it is free you still have to get a ticket from the machines which is quite confusing.
