Seriously, seriously expensive on absolutely every item. I honestly don't know how they survive. Only positive thing about the whole shop, is it's always empty of customers.

Very expensive place do shopping, tillers are not ready to help,when you take parcel to them, avoiding help to customers most of times.

Horrible place to shop with really unhelpful staff

Some products are a lot more expensive in here than in other food retailers. Store was well stocked and aisles were clear and tidy. My child’s pushchair made it around this store with no issues.

Some staff members are very rude and miserable. Others are happy and easy to help.

Wide range of products, international products as well. Nice in store bakery area.

Has what you need for a quick shop just the basics

Yes, it is more pricey than a big brand supermarket but the place is well run with serious recent investment in fresh produce fridges. Good choice of most things, breads especially. Staff are attentive and you never get ignored. Freshness is excellent as they do get lots of customers.

I have no real like or dislike for this store, I have found it to be useful at times for a quick passing oh I need this, or, hmm couldn't get that at Tesco, I wonder if they have this. I have found the majority of their items over priced compared to Tesco (just further up) hence more of a pop in for one item.
That said the couple of staff I have spoken to are very friendly and when popping in, there is the usual how are you? Keeping well? etc.
The one essential redeeming feature is the Hermes send/return point, great for sending back Amazon packages etc.
Not the best store but by far not the worst, worth having a look.
