Tesco Extra

Good superstore that has everything you need from clothes to electronics to food (Of course). The staff are very friendly and love chatting to customers. I just wish the prices were lower because in my eyes it is just more expensive than Asda.

I am a regular daily shopper at this particular Tesco because I live very close to this particular supermarket. The McDonald's on the car park is a bit of a hindrance when you are trying to find an appropriate car parking space. The staff are always polite and well mannered and always willing to help, however there was one member of staff that I am sure described me as or referred to me as someone that doesn't know what they are doing but i could not hear correctly or I would have put this to head office

Just wondering when the air line and water topup, will be available and working again! As it has been quite some months that they have been out of order. As we motorists are reminded by the police, it is essential to check your tyres are correctly inflated, it's also an offence to have non operative washers... Get one's act together... Every little helps!

Brilliant store, stays clean, friendly staff and more! This has 1 up travelator, 1 down travelator and one lift going up to the first floor.

Ground floor: Food, drinks, bakery, food mixes, household items and more.
First floor: Electronics, F&F (Florence and Fred) and fitting rooms.

The POS systems (self checkouts) really do guide customers and disabled people because they have a voice on them.

Overall a very good store. Would definatly recommend. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I found the staff Chorley Tesco express EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful and when you ask for help... Well the staff are just not interested in helping you.. I called in on the 19/01/23 I witnessed two elderly gentleman being intimitdated by staff and security! Totally unacceptable behaviour by Tesco who are only interested in profit.. The floor staff only seem to be interested in their night outs then the customers of Tesco! I had to leave a one star rating so that I could leave a message! They did not deserve that! Also, when I called in.. and over half the lights were out in the clothing section.. In the end I did not buy anything because of the darkness. So I tried to get some groceries in and again the shop seemed to be closed.. MY ONLY ADVICE I CAN GIVE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY ELDERLY PEOPLE... JUST DON'T DARE ASK FOR HELP..

Extremely rude staff very curt with customers that seem to be more of an inconvenience to them than customers. When I told the member of staff I thought she was very rude to me she called security who I found to be very intimidating! Totally unnecessary. I am 70 year's old with rheumatoid arthritis and various medical conditions my friend who was with me is 60 and registered disabled. After complaining to the manager he told me to shop elsewhere. Disgusting supermarket intact it must be the worse rated in Chorley for customer service. 👎

Martin, unfortunately I did not get his surname, was a fantastic cashier. He was so polite and very helpful. He assisted with our shopping to be placed in the trolley without even asking. Amazing. Gentleman do still exist. You should be proud to have Martin as part of the team.
