It's a Supermarket Cafe, reasonable food and drink at reasonable prices. Give the Avocado on toast a miss though.. menu picture is not recreated in reality!! That item didn't deserve a single star 🙄

Great location with plenty of parking. Nice variety of products, and the fresh produce is excellent. Recently there have been product shortages, such as courgettes, sparkling water and a few others

Excellent Supermarket. Has everything at reasonable prices. But best of all is it's location - within 10 min walk of Woking town center. A major plus in my books. However give the cafe a miss. Hopeless staff. Clearly filling in while planning a carrier move. Totally unmotivated & the results show. Nobody at the till. They are all at the back. Cutlery trays are empty. When you do manage to place an order - eg. breakfast - it's half an hr late, cold, served in salad bowls, looks horrible & is almost inedible. The tables are not cleared & are sticky & filthy. Lets the supermarket down. WiIl NOT visit the Cafe. It's totally rubbish.

Worst shopping experience for a long time.
Lazy staff that stand around while others work, self check out had 1 staff managing all checkouts.
No supervisors, managers or security anywhere. Which is why I saw so much shop lifting. One guy walked straight out through the checkouts, out the front door and by the front door put all the items in a rucksack, so he could toss the basket inside.
Senior management need a massive review of the store managers and staff here.

Plenty of parking, I didn't find it as the most logically lay out. Nice cafe but pre ordering system didn't have all the things you could by listed so had to pre order and then buy more bits.

Cooked food was delivered quickly, avocado on toast was sliced and not mashed as expected.

Had a bad experience with a self scan till not recognising items being put in the bag. It wasn't until the assistant had attended more than 10 times before they resolved the issue often after they cleared the error the next item would immediately fail. They didn't stick around long enough to check that the next item worked.

Good selections and quality of food is usually pretty good, I cannot stand the queues in this store though, it seems unusual when compared to similar stores!

The worst supermarket shopping experience in Woking by far. No trolleys free, no staff on customer service point, holes in the shopping court floor covered by tape (seriously), dark sections where lights are out, mispriced items, broken self service atills, long queues, empty bakery items during the middle of the day. Dismal looking store and poor service.

Always seems well-stocked and has pretty much everything I need although a bit pricier than Asda or Lidl.
