M&S Simply Food

This is a tiny M&S at a petrol station. Food only hence 3 stars.

A very good shop but just too expensive for your average working person . Lovely produce and loads of healthy options but you can easily spend £7 on just a bite for lunch ! Ridiculous!
Toilets are always too busy and usually quite dirty and always smelly.

Expensive petrol, pricey food, some of the staff are good while others are quite dreadful. They have this bizarre ritual where they wait until the staff is ten deep and then ring a bell where a member of staff reluctantly shuffles out.

A great store to visit during Covid 19. Social distancing is being enforced, the queuing system is efficient and organised. The staff are friendly and professional.

About a month ago, went to buy a pair of shoes, they did not have size 12 shoes. The lady said there was no need for size 12 shoes and told me to go somewhere else. I did, went to Clarks in stevenage Town center. Staff very helpful and had my size.
For the last 30 years got my dress clothes and shoes at M&S.
Never again buy clothes at M&S
Staff at M&S do not care at Stevenage

Always a pleasant shopping experience at this M&S simply food store.

Good service.

Unfortunately on this visit very poor stock on ready meals. Lots of sections empty
