Morrisons

Absolutely awful, on a busy Thursday teatime during school summer holidays and only 2 tills on?! The queues were massive, nobody seemed bothered to jump on a till to help get the queue down, just left everybody waiting, obviously poor management plus the staff seemed most interested in having a natter than getting everybody served and out of there. Gave up and went elsewhere, I've been shopping there for over 10 years but I think it's time to change supermarket. Don't even get me started on the price rises! Maybe they need to employ more staff instead of pocketing the extra money they're getting.

Definitely only one*, out of 14 tills only 3 being staffed, we all queuing down the Isles and the self service tills had 3 staff chatting joking amongst themselves with No one using them, Really Not Impressed and don't say staff shortages as plenty stocking up the shelves you just can't get to pay for shopping until it suits Morrison. SHEET show shouldn't go. Very Disappointed..

About customers service: it was very tough this afternoon . when I asked sales assistant about where to find puff pastry - he just shortly said: ,, don’t know “(( . Then in caffee shop :for my request about napkins , lady from coffee brewery told me that they haven’t got one and that’s it. No apology .. is it the caffee without napkin’s,? charming and politeness is spot on too ((. Never come back ((((

Rubbish now. About 20 self service tills and twice, no staff appearing for ages for overides/ help. How will they cope at xmas when most trolleys have booze and no space to pack shopping? Deserve to go under for cutting jobs instead of providing a good service. Disgusted

One of my favourite supermarkets. Choice in abundance. The food counters are great, great choice and top quality every day. Well done all at Morrisons.

Hardly any cashier staffed tills open, forcing customers to use self scanned (which many hate). Supposedly convenient it isn't and their prices are very high compared to Lidl and Aldi. I won't be using them again unless I have to.

Make sure you check the cost of your purchases, why? you might ask, because the price that is displayed might not be the price that you pay!
I have proof of being overcharged for my shopping on numerous occasions. I have a suspicion it has been going on for .....s.

Love their Wonky selection! Great savings on Gin. Good store with lots.of fresh fish and amazingly priced fresh.meat.
