Called to speak to the pharmacy and book a flu jab as the website was down & wouldn't connect at all. The phone rang constantly for 5 minutes. When they did eventually pick up, the gentleman was extremely unhelpful and rude! He cut me off mid sentence and said all jabs need to be booked online. When I explained the website wasn't working hence my call, he responded by saying "we must be fully booked" When I explained further that I the website was down, he responded with "oh well, there's nothing I can do!"

Absolutely ridiculous parking situation ongoing, took 55mins on average for people to leave the carpark! You would have thought the local council would have thought through the requirements for the road better when they put us all through the inconvenience of having lost a lane for so long but no, worse than ever. Puts me off wanting to shop here ever again regardless of how genuinely lovely the staff actually are.

Worst car park. Took me 1 hr 30 mins to get out. This was during a weekday as well and not rush hour. Please avoid.

To the Tesco management. What are you going to help with this? Multiple reviews of this parking situations going back years and still no improvement?

Final note, the sandwiches/ meal deals are horrendously located. Again, multiple previous reviews highlighting this. Listen to your customers!

Please avoid this place.

Regardless of the staff and store experience, the logistics of the road layout is beyond awful.

Having travelled as a relatively quite time, it still took 25 minutes to exit the car park. Clearly many drivers were very frustrated and this is completely due to poor planning and bad design of the traffic flow and carpark system.

Unless this is sorted, I will mever return to this store again.

I made the mistake of attempting to buy a sandwich here on my way to work. I entered through the carpark, having come from the station and couldn't find the sandwiches. I was directed to the back of the store, 'Just keep going darling, just keep going' said the lady I asked with the sad look in her eye, like a mother sending her young off to war.
Her concerned tone soon made sense as I had to trek through to the far reaches of the store, passing through several clothing departments, echoing the Father Ted Xmas special, until I eventually found some sandwiches.
I pieced together a meal following the signage and labels provided. There were tills in this far flung corner of the store but all were closed, so I began the long and arduous journey back to the other end of the shop, resisting the temptation to eat my sandwich to provide sustenance for the return trek.
As the seasons changed I eventually returned to the same corner of the store where I had entered and found some working tills. Then came the mission of trying to get the till to recognise the meal deal. I had to dig out my club card for this and call the assistant over at least 6 times. We eventually summised that the drinks had been labelled incorrectly and I had thus failed the meal deal challenge.
I was told that I would have to return to the far corner to pick another drink. There was no helicopter assistance or short haul flights available, so I abandoned my quest and now late for work, left the store empty handed. I'll have to go to Asda at lunchtime. I've heard a crazy rumour that the sandwiches are near the door. Could it be possible?
The staff were very helpful, but please make it easier to buy a sandwich.

As per recent reviews the car park is appalling. I'm trapped at the back of the car park and can't get out. Boot full of food, shopping going off. 30 minutes and I've not moved.

Tesco management what are doing to assist?

Where are your staff to help?

Never again.

A terrible experience.

Visited at approximately 9am on a Tuesday. Numerous shelves were empty, an especially poor selection of bread.

Only two tills open, a queue of approximately 20 customers at the self-service tills. The shop took far longer than it should for a few items.

The offers are also poor. Putting bright labels on the prices doesn't mean they are worth buying. Numerous items give the appearance of being on offer but certain items are 75p cheaper in the rival supermarkets when on offer.

To top things off my trolley was faulty and kept my £1 at the end of the shop.

I won't be rushing back.

DO NOT RISK USING THE CAR PARK. If you have to visit, find another way to get there. The car park is a black hole from which nothing can escape. There is only one road out, and any disturbance on the main road means the entire car park will come to a standstill. It's not worth the risk. Shop somewhere else, or walk.

An hour and 15 mins to leave the car park today. Absolutely terrible place. Avoid at all costs. They have staff outside who don’t help at all and literally just stand around talking to each other instead of filtering traffic and doing their actual job
