When my Dad went in, the guys were talking in a foreign launguage and he asked to pay for fuel first then his items but the guy didn't listen. He then scanned his clubcard and the guy said "To late". Then my dad asked for a receipt and then he finally got the points. Make sure you pay for fuel first.

The forecourt was covered in spilt diesel...I told the guy behind the counter and he just shrugged his shoulders....not good customer service....won't be going back there!!!!

This store is closed at 21.12 despite being advertised as open till midnight online and at the store. Was not the only person who came to use the store. Staff saw us waiting and then ignored when asked about opening times and pretended to not understand. Very bizarre and rude behavior.

Scamming people. The cheapest product should be free but it’s not. Store manger instead of fixing-the issue started telling me that I do not understand that the label is miss leading

I took fuel and a pack of cigarettes i paid but the payment void for some reason the guys on the till just snatched the cigarettes from my hand rudely as if i will runaway with it but i was standing there.it was pretty disrespectful I showed him payment is done from my bank he said nothing and left to serve other people.No one deserves to be treated like this and from a big company like Tesco this type of behaviour towards customer is pretty disappointing.

Don’t like the new staff in the shop…some original staff are still there and are still lovely..The new manager always looks very serious. Doesn’t look approachable, and doesn’t acknowledge anyone,
