Lidl

Very happy shopping at Lidl today. Value for money is excellent. Free car parking for 120min.
Staff very polite and helpful. All fresh fruit and vegetables laid out very well. I spent about £27 on mostly fruit and veg but if I went to other super market these would have cost me around £50... . I will start to shop here more now then anywhere else.

Only money saving products, are below average quality. Not a true comparison in my opinion. Selection is a lot smaller than the big 4 too. Ditch the middle at Lidl and stock more food.

With both Guildford and Farnborough having brand new stores we are spoilt for choice. Will never be like Waitrose as an experience but the prices are the big draw.

My fridge and cupboard shopping, shop. Good quality food, and at good value. Can't go wrong. 👍 Free parking, and pound slot trolleys.

Not so good today. No evaporated milk on sale AGAIN . Tried before christmas and this was the third time since then. Found some in Aldi. Cheaper than Lidl too.

Thought we'd give this place a try, and my goodness what an Aladdin's cave. Really good bread range, good fish and meat, and a good range of biscuits and crisps. That was really all we needed but then we found the octopus and the range of interesting things at the back of the shop... Oh my.
Went in expecting to fill one bag, came out with three.

Well managed with friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable choice of daily life food essentials as well as indulgence items 😊

Not sure about Lidl. High priced own-branded stuff that can't be compared directly. Didn't really find what we wanted but still spent £££ !
