I have been regularly using this store since it opened, I’m guessing 15-16 years, at least twice a week and almost always been satisfied with the produce and service. Recently it’s been a shambles, I realise there is some rearranging going on but the person or people dealing with these “improvements” need to take a look at themselves and even bought to account. The store has been difficult to navigate since these “improvements” started and there has been noticeable new staff that have no idea where items have been moved to and treat assisting the customers as a hindrance. The signage should have been in place when the musical chairs shambles started. Speaking to other customers this morning and everyone saying the same thing. Also some of the fresh produce ie. fruit and especially lettuce looks as though it should be in the rubbish rather than on the shelves.

What’s the point in having a Tesco phone shop and staff then tell u to que up at checkout till to buy one. Best thing is the two staff members just standing there doing sod all

Badly laid out, don't know who's doing the redesign but nothing is where it should be. Feel sorry for the staff as you have to keep pestering
them and the meat selection is awful! Also, trolleys are taken off premises and just left everywhere.

I had the most rude member of staff this morning. I found him stacking shelves in the meat isle (23) at 11am ish and I asked him where I could find something. His response was ‘im helping someone else’ and turned his back. He was a short guy with short brown hair. He shouldn’t be allowed a job on the shop floor. Never had such rude staff as this store.

Shelves are basically empty, organisation is a shambles, prices consistently climbing despite the cost of living crisis and half of the self service checkouts closed.

This branch has gone seriously downhill over the last few months and I'll be going to ASDA or ALDI next time.

I've been coming here from the start and the staff have been helpful. I'm a disabled person and Lee has been very helpful to me. He has gone out of his way to help.
It's a shame the stores gone down hill. Never have what you need, freezers empty. I'm sorry to say that I'm thinking of going elsewhere to do my shopping.

Unfortunately on a passing Sunday, 15 minutes before close, one of the colleagues was tasked to walk up and down the isles and scream out and repeat the minutes to close. This was repeated around five times per minute, which i thought..
“surely the colleague doesn’t get paid enough for this?”. Some customers were saying amusingly..
“I’ve had to go down the same isle and get what i need because i cannot concentrate with her yelling”. Strongly believe the management should review this as it’s rather irritating due to the repetition and pitch of the voice. Why not just use the tannoy and update customer every five minutes? Thanks

Went into this so called supermarket today to buy one particular item and guess what OUT OF STOCK, whoever is in charge of this waste of space shop they should be in the tower awaiting execution. I only wish it was possible to give minus stars because Tesco doesn't deserve even one. Oh by the way the one item I couldn't get FROZEN SAUSAGES can you believe it.
Goodbye for ever Tesco I would rather go without sausages than enter your store again.
ps I am fully aware that you couldn't care less.
