Lidl, Cowplain

Friendly and helpful staff with the exception of one. The lady with red-purple hair tends to be unhelpful and makes you feel unwelcome and serving you is a nuisance. I've had several bad experiences with this person today was the final straw she just closed the till to customers I had three items and there were two people in front of me on the other till both with large amounts of shopping one a full trolley costing over £70.
She told me "you'll have to use the other till" and then walked off smiling.
The last time I was waiting for stuff to have their final reduction and when she started she told me to go away for 5 minutes and I said "it's okay I'll wait here" and she then said "I'll do it out the back then" in a stroppy and discourteous manner and stormed off with the trolley of reduced items. When she returned she would not let me have the items I wanted to save her putting them in the cabinet she put them in first and put everything else on top of them upside down which seemed to give her pleasure. Well at least she gave me a unpleasant smile when she walked off with the empty trolley.
Sad really, none other other staff are like her at all they are helpful and pleasant.

I get most of my shopping here. Staff are friendly and helpful. A clean, buzy shop.

It's a handy shop to pop in to get essentials. But there's a bigger one a few miles away twice the size.

Its Lidl, the produce is good if its in stock - cheaper than other supermarkets. As with all Lidl's expect to be waiting at the checkouts for a little while - its seems all of this chain of supermarkets have minimal staff manning the tills / working on the shop floor. Most staff are friendly and helpful.

On arrival yesterday there was an older dog tied up by the entrance and howling a little while it's owner was inside, the security chap sat with the old dog and comforted it until the owner arrived back. The staff work hard in this store and although often rushed, they do a great job. Thank you for your service in our community

1st time I've bought a lidls pizza for a while. Can't believe how much smaller it is now. Keep cutting corners guys and we will stop shopping. Plenty more ways of eating decent homemade food🤔🤔

Popped in for milk and a usual ended up half filling a trolley but it was all things I remembered I need. I like the way the veg area is layed out not seen it in any other Lidl. Layed out in a square so when you walk on to the area you can see where everything is. It also seems to help reduce noise I think. Free parking at rear of the store.

Standard Lidl, not as cheap as it used to be but gotta go see the middle isle aint ya.
