Asda Worcester Superstore

This is a very pleasant Asda!

There is ample mome car parking. It is accessible from the City Centre.

Disabled parking facilities and access are good.

The store is well stocked with s good range of groceries, clothing, items for the home and a Chemist.

The staff were superb. When I asked for help finding an item they took me straight to the product. They were polite and courteous.

Nice spacious store in a good location in the town centre. The car park has loads of parking spaces and loads of large and very efficient lifts that take you down to the store level. What is nice is that if you spend about £10 in Asda, you will get a parking voucher which will reduce your parking price.

Very nice ASDA set in an amazing building. Was not expecting to see an ASDA in Worcester City Centre. Very nice store. Clean and tidy and a very good selection of Clothes and produce. Staff very friendly and very helpful. One of the better ASDA. If you like Gnomes youll be happy.

Park up and enter, do your shopping and find out they charge 3 pounds for parking. In this case it was 20 minutes. They will waive the fee if you queue up and show them your shopping receipt but the queue was almost out the door. Ridiculous! Will not return

I really had a bad experience today.. I bought a jacket and i paid using the card.. When i came out the alarm rang and staff came and told me that its due to the tag and she removed it.. It was a busy day and everyone stared at me.. Then after removing the tag i came out and alarm rang again.. Another staff came and he told me that there is an another tag on the jacket.. I tole him it is the second time and he didnt even said a sorry and it was soo awkwardly felt for me. Even it was not my mistake they didnt even told us a sorry.. I felt soo bad

Store is nice, with a good range of food. Occasional stock issues so empty shelves. And their new essentials line is limited to 3 items per shopper. Cafe nice, but slow service. Cafe staff are lovely. Baby change big and clean.

Massive Asda, perfect location as it offers parking so we always park here when visiting the city centre and then pop in afterwards (parking free with purchase).

Lots of selection, has clothes, toys and homeware as well. Generally no problems, however on my last visit some of the frozen produce was battered or ice creams seem to have been re-frozen (all covered in ice crystals). Was a lot of items missing in frozen.

Don't shop here if you're vegetarian...the worst selection of Quorn products ever. Absolutely pathetic. Don't bother, go to Sainsburys or Tescos.
Come on Asda, must try harder...
