Iceland Supermarket Slough

Awful. Don’t bother.
Placed a home delivery order for yesterday, never arrived.
Desperate- I called customer service this morning they rearranged for today, as we have two small children and I myself am heavily pregnant -again never arrived.
Called customer service, she tried her best to help and offered to fit me in for a 9-11pm slot this evening, I had plans so I wanted to cancel the order, they asked to have patience with them one more time and to deliver within an hour before I was about to leave the house, ‘I was the first delivery on the route about to go out’ -AGAIN 2 hours later, never arrived.
3 different slots within 24 hours, is beyond a joke. Shows such poor management skills. Clearly don’t want the business, what a waste of time.

Iceland is excellent, you get good value for some foods that you find otherwise expensive elsewhere. It is a small one but recommend going if you want to fill the freezer ☺️

Iceland is another place i choose to shop at for i like the fish selection there frozen as well as the frying ones .. there r lot of things which u find there for a quick daily shopping .
Good quality of items with reasonable price tags .

If it was not for your £1.00 ready meals a lot off kids would go hungry

As such Iceland is good, but as it is inside Queensmere shopping centre, not sure if they are going to close our not.

Long queues and rude checkout staff. Only given two stars as the selection of foods is reasonable. Downside is also no parking except in the Queensmere multistorey car park, so bear in mind you still need to carry your shopping out.
