Always clean and tidy, even the customers are more polite, usually, great store if you don't mind paying a premium for most everything. Still lots of good deals to be had here if you look closely enough :). It is nice that staff have time at the checkout to chat but it gets to be rude when they are keeping other customers waiting after they have finished

all staff extremely helpful but the café's really poor - the 'pastries' were leaden and a 'chocolate' one tasted as though it was made with Nutella. not a good experience and definitely not value for money!

Food safety hazard! Insects in the food. Lettuce crawing with them. When I took it back, Ros (Partner) couldn't care less. Said "go get another one"...except they too had insects. Does not leave me feeling confident about Waitrose's food safety standards. Or the way in which they respond to concerns raised.

I must have to do a 'rescan' nearly every other visit to this store. WHAT'S THE POINT IN DOING A SELF-SCAN, IF EVERY TIME YOU GO TO PAY, SOME JOBSWORTH COMES ALONG AND TAKES ALL YOUR SHOPPING OUT OF YOUR BAGS TO RESCAN IT, AND JUST DUMP IT ANY WHICH WAY IN THE TROLLEY!!?? No "please", no "thank you", I won't be shopping here any more!

It is good place for shopping household items especially grocery. You can find a wide variety of items. Can get some of the indian items as well.

A superb Waitrose establishment, with great staff. We had a little incident with our littleun and the staff we super helpful and accommodating. Nice large cafe with good toilets, and large car park, and big well stocked store :)
