Really well stocked salad bar with plenty of vegetarian options, in fact, its probably mostly vegetarian which was a lovely surprise. Fresh bakery with the best apple pie I've ever had, and nothing I was looking for was out of stock. Hardly any queue at the self service, and no problems scanning things through. Lovely experience.

Why are the trolleys not collected anymore? Give us loyal shoppers a very poor shopping experience compared to competition.

It's bad enough the prices are generally too high for me to shop there, as my closest big supermarket! But the 'Ask For A Henry' offer at their cafes, which today was the final day, as stated in their ad for it! Do Morrison's care? Or just pretending with an offer that isn't available! Just a BIG advert for themselves, so a money maker! one time I went. no jacket potatoes... at 1pm in a near empty cafe? Another time... 3 staff standing around doing nothing, just a few people in the cafe eating, yet I was told no food being served, as not enough staff!? ...too stupid to use a microwave? And today, the final day of the offer... a woman who doesn't even know of the offer that (hasn't) been going on for a month! Had to ask the manager... who wrongly informs her the offer is over! ...just a rich heartless manager who doesn't deserve to be in the job.
Such a great idea, that should have help so many... but it just seems fake! From an utterly disrespectful manager, lazy cafe staff, and a complete lack of initiative... staff so bad! Even i'd have a chance of getting a job there! lol
Thanks for nothing!

Excellent supermarket built fairly recently which offers a wide range of food and other products. Be sure to try excellent bakery.
Aisles are spacious and the whole store is a pleasure to use. Wheelchair accessible.

Always quiet and well stocked. A much better shopping experience than most supermarkets. Popped in to use the inpost mailbox system and then to have a look at their range of tosters. Sadly the one that I wanted wasn't in stock, that after I've said it's a well stocked store.

Took the opportunity to buy a few snacks. Used the self-service tills which are easy and straight forward to use with the electronic barriers at the point of exit.

A clean well laid out store with plenty of parking, an Amazon service point and mailboxes just inside the store. The inpost mailbox was located down the left side of the store at the far end to the cashpoint machines, which took a bit of finding.

A big morrisons with all you need. I went there on Saturday evening expecting a lot of shelves to be empty.
Was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of stock. Only having one cashier open let it down slightly l.

I wanted to put no stars. Very annoyed withthe poor excuse of a shop: Morrisons along Metz Way. No trolley or basket collection anymore. Then when i wanted to buy one of the many cooked chickens available, i was told that there was no one qualified to serve me. That at 5.30pm they were going to close counter and throw all meat away (No reductions, could not give it away due issues with stock taking). I really needed a chicken for the family to eat. All this was a waste of my time and big waste of cooked food and energy.
With hardly any visible working staff. I dont understand why Morrisons even thinks it can keep a shop open with this kind of service.
