Good - they had the product I was looking for but not really expecting; bad - the *worst* self checkout experience I've had yet. No.mention of contactless in the interface (though it was available and there was even an Apple Pay logo hidden in there) and after selecting no receipt it printed a bit of paper I didn't want anyway. This after the helpful employee needed 6 or 7 attempts to tell the scale to ignore my bag. Really bad.

Extremely clean, airy, light and a pleasant shopping experience. As always, hardly anyone about, but it was 1pm. Great choice, fairly good prices and the quality of the produce seems superior to the surrounding grocery stores. Well worth a visit.

A very useful not too large Sainsbury's, especially if you're doing a little shopping in Commercial road as there is free parking. Well stocked but never usually very busy so generally no queues.

Very clean. Staff were super helpful. I didn't know the layout of the store and had to ask several staff members for help they responded nicely. Everyone was wearing their masks which made me happier about having made the effort to wear one even though I am exempt.

Staff helpful when processing a refund for me! Well stocked, no issues purchasing everything on my shopping list. Good sale on TU clothing, even a rack with items reduced to a £1. 4 hours parking means you can also pop into town ☺️

Very quite in the shop. Shelves well stocked apart from the fresh meat section. They have reduced it's size, so not much choice. Shame it will be closing in January but I think it's out of the way for some people

Not many shoppers so able to move around store keeping social distance. Very helpful staff and was able to buy everything I needed. Very impressed with the clothes I purchased for my grandson especially with 25% off.

I like/liked that Sainsbury's used to stock things like fresh chicken livers & bits and bobs I used to buy to make special posh little treats for my lovely puppy.. I was always able to purchase 'hard to get hold of' items for some of my more unusual munchy recipes, so, for me, it was absolutely perfect & only a few minutes walk from where I live.Never any queues to deal with,either..Personally speaking only,I would have liked to have seen Sainsbury's stay at this location,but I will get myself used to shopping at Morrisons over the road instead...
