Good variety if goods with the availability of smart shopping. Ample vehicle parking space with close access to the tram links. There's even a petrol station, so it's all there in one place

Trouble have installed more self service tills and no staff. Queues were big no one on info desk and nowhere to lock up my cycle. Yet the instore security were very helpful and looked after my bike

Decent amount of parking. In a good area with other shops around. They are often running low on stock and running out of a fair few items and the wait to check out can be quite a bit longer than other shops but it's not a terrible branch at all. Decent sized clothing section and an argos.

Large superstore Sainsbury's with clothes, electronics, fresh pizza counter as well as the regulars. A place for Argos, habitat and eBay pick ups. Easy car park. On the Purley way so avoid lunchtime/afternoons, better early morning or evenings.

Good location, competitive prices and plenty of choice. Hudge parking for normal cars and small vans, but unfortunately I drive a bigger van Peugeot Boxer... So due to the hight restriction could not get in the car park and had to park in Sainsbury's petrol station at the end of the store😬

One of the best Sainsburys in Croydon area! Parking is good, also quick smartshop! The handheld scanners are most of the times available and fully charged. Their customer service is always courteous and helpful. This is one of the supermarkets which opens till 5pms on Sundays.

I tend to shop at the Purley Way branch every weekend. I tend to go in the morning when it's a bit quite. I find it a great place to shop because everything is layed out in a logical manner and there is plenty of variety; I can great the vast majority of my weekly shop in one place. I especially like using the scan and go facility, so I can pack all my shopping at leisure and paying at the end is as simple as anything. The Purley Way store has Sushi Gourmet outlet which does very nice sushi, and it also has an in-store Argos. Great place to shop.

Due to being deliberately over charged at the tobacco counter & being lied to by customer service that they have refunded the difference, i have changed my score from 5 to 1.

It's also distressing that I'm constantly under suspicion by staff because i am a young autistic man who uses a walking stick due to osteoporosis & nerve damage.i am constantly being followed by security in high visibility jackets from aisle to aisle simply because i am young and disabled
