Tesco Superstore

Love the fruit and vegetables section, although bananas are not that good ( I'm not sure if store can influence that). Love shopping there, the best selection of gluten free goods, meat is always excellent! Staff nice, helpful

Great customer service as always in this store. I needed help getting two heavy bags of potting compost into a large trolly, (these are kept outside as you enter the store) I asked the security guy at the door for help and with no hesitation at all out he came and put them in for me. He was so friendly.

I have gave them 1 star because me and my parents weren't happy with the trolley boy, because my dad just trying to get the raindrops of the trolley, we don't want water going onto mu shopping. But the way the trolley boy was talking to us, was unexceptable, and he kept saying it to us when entering tesco, wasn't very happy about this situation 😕 but the rest was fine, its just the way the trolley boy spoke to me and my parents

Visited the store after work at 22.40 on the 10/6 /2022 Well stocked got everything I needed , lots of staff stocking shelves, but immediately moved out of the way if I needed something.
The lady on the till was lovely, really bright and engaging , every store needs one of her . She was the only till open so was busy but still took the time to chat and laugh at the junk food that I had bought to cheer myself up after another busy shift in the NHS
I will definitely be back and hopefully will see her to say thank you !!!

I do click and collect from here which is always good. Staff always helpful and friendly. So easy to just pick up your shopping and go.

Amazing staff. Stupidly left my bike unlocked outside, of course it was nicked in the 20 minutes I was in the shop. But the staff outside saw it being stolen and Jamie somehow managed to run after them, catch them and return the bike! Unbelievable.

Awful staff, accused me of stealing because some items didn't scan using the scanner. I'm talking cheap reduced items. You don't have to be smart to think if someone was planning on stealing they'd steal full price. Tried to raise this at customer service but she no one there.

The woman and gut at click and collect refused to give me my shopping tryed making me wait 30 min cus they didn't want to get wet then decided to get very rude discrasful been working away to get back to get food shopping and get treated like that never been refused shopping that I have paid for
