Usual tesco express. Petro Station with groceries and general store at a reasonable price open till late and open from early. Petrol prices could have been better. They have a cash point and air and screen wash machine for you car. I went to get a meal deal and unfortunately they never had any vegan option which is disappointing in these current times

Racist staff talk to customers in their language half the time and discriminate against vulnerable people, once almost fell when pushed by customer. Staff did nothing but look, nearly knocked over a stack of packages that were near to where people cue up and got shouted at for it. Cash machine has been out of action for sometime now and staff would rather tell customers over the tanoy instead of putting a notice on machine rudly, sometimes only one staff member at the checkout. This makes me nervous as sometimes other customers get annoyed with me because I take my time to make sure I have put my money and wallet safely away.

There are only 4 allocated parking spaces absolutely disgusted to see a staff member (wearing his uniform) get into his car which was parked in the only disabled bay. No disabled badge visible on his car.

Customer service is appalling, purchased a meal deal, had to use self service as the cashier was so slow. I had my receipt in hand when a member of staff referred to me as ‘oi you’ and then accused me of not paying. Even when shown the receipt, he did not apologise but just so oh, it’s okay. Disgusting.

This shop doesn't deserve the rating. All the staff were extremely rude to me and the way to buy petrol is completely different to the petrol stations I usually go to. I am a new driver and the whole experience got very overwhelming for me. I made a mistake parking my car the opposite side of the tank and I got into a panic. Nothing was clear to me especially coming from someone on the autistic spectrum. The lady had to use the microphone to instruct me for everyone to hear. This was so embarrassing and I will never visit again.
