Bought a meal deal on 24/08/2022 and opened a bag of crisps and ate one - taste was awful so I checked the sell by date - it was 13/02/2021 - 1 and a half years old crisps on the shelf!!! I am hoping I don’t get food poisoning…

Staff were friendly. There was a good selection of Gluten free, Quorn and Free from, food 🙂

A large supermarket with a big selection of food and clothing. It had a nice café with views of the canal, but unfortunately that's now closed.

Self scanned shopping, as usual. Selected for a scan check. Not a problem. Young man scanned 12 items and good to go - you would think. But no, system failed and female colleague came over. She seemed to think we were trying to get away without paying, her customer service skills were non-existent. As we had attracted her attention in the first place, it should have been clear we needed assistance. We were marched to a till, forced to unload our carefully packed shopping, be processed and repack as fast as humanly possible. No help was offered whatsoever. Considering this was a fault with their system, less than impressed with staff attitude.

This is a fabulous Sainsbury’s. I’m used to the Cheltenham one and by comparison, this one is amazing. It’s really big and well stocked. We could find everything we were looking for including some speciality items. There is ample parking but don’t forget your coin for the trolley.

Shame the Cafe hasn't reopen since the first lockdown. That apart the staff were first class considering it was just before Christmas. The shelves were well stocked and isles were clutter free. The checkout were well staffed and very short wait time. Having worked in the trade for over 20 years ( not with Sainsbury's) I was well impressed a credit to all.

Lovely staff and very well laid out a wide aisles. Everything labelled and tidy. We'll lit and warm enough for me to want to start shopping during these harsg winters

Always have a good experience shopping in this supermarket. Plenty car parking spaces for both families and wheelchair users. Level access enterance. Has accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. Great section for TU clothing and home goods. And I enjoyed seeing their world food section and bakery as they have interesting goods to offer, including krispy kreme doughnuts.
