On several occasions there is not even one till open, when there is a till open there is several trolleys in the cue. Supervisors just wonder off and hide when they are aware big cues are forming. Several staff on shop floor that can easily be called to tills. Shocking customer service that has been happening for months, sort it out sainsburys and retrain your supervisors.

Pleasant, kind, helpful staff, usually clean, good variety, lots of vegetarian options, most of store is wheelchair accessible, can be restricted when they put displays, baskets etc in the way.

Good selections on sale. Quite a nice gift section for Christmas. Annoyingly they have decided to close the main door so access is only available from the side.

Brilliant, I allways enjoy going there the staff are so helpful and pleasant, had a good jokes with the lady serving us,, I left my points card at home and had to wait while my husband went home to get it as my voucher needed it,I said to the lady messy day today,,, she said it had been for her as well so we had a laugh,,, makes all the difference when shopping and staff are pleasant,,

Great to be able to pop in for a prescription and bits for dinner, with free parking for 90 mins.

Free parking, good selection of products. Wished it stayed open a little later but no bother really.
