Marks and Spencer

A standard Food Hall next to a sizeable M&S outlet. There were all the usual items, but some of the shelves and chiller units were a bit bare and the store in general was slightly less tidy than other Food Halls I've visited. However, the staff were nice and the town centre location is handy with parking available in a number of nearby car parks.

I'm really surprised about this store's refurbishment.
At one point it was earmarked for closure, and recently it's become trendy again.
Obviously the foodhall is the highlight for M&S, but the clothing range is decent and varied.
The future seems bright for Marks and Spencer and this store in Cheltenham proves that the high street still dominates.

Love the new self service checkout system at M&S Cheltenham, it's really easy to use and saves a lot of time. Well done to assistant 'Anne Marie' for pointing me in that direction

Lovely store, very modern with a self checkout system in place instead of counter staff. Awesome experience 10/10

Didn't appreciate when buying jackets, trousers, suits and overcoats; having to use self-service checkouts. Today was a considered spend and the experience of the self-service check outs left me wishing I'd spent my money elsewhere. This is not progress in terms of customer service in my opinion.

Everything I need in one shop . good service but absolutely detest the self service tills , they never scan my sparks card so come on m&s everyone hates them.the customer is always right.we don't want new technology we want a friendly face and a smile ton a till that people can't understand.rant over.

Good shopping experience as ever and quick collection point service

Traveled from California U SA 🇺🇸 visiting family here in Cheltenham. I enjoy shopping here, it's within walking distance, the store is always so clean & organized, affordable prices and staff always so friendly and pleasant 😊
