Do not use this store to post parcels! They will take your telephone number and offer to message you a tracking number but they will never text. UPS denies receiving my package, the content of which was to the value of £100.

Walk 30 minutes to post an Amazon refund as this was the only local print in store option. Forgot my mask that day so I entered the shop with my coat completely covering my mouth and nose and kept them covered the whole time. The shop assistant refused to serve me even after I explained the situation and I was extremely well covered up.

I always use this shop to send Hermes parcels or return online shopping parcels and have always had good, easy experiences. The ladies there are very informative and friendly.

Absolute disgrace. Would leave no star if I could. They were rude and unhelpful. The lady behind the counter told me she would leave my package in the street because it did not have a box despite being advertised as a package less service. Do not use.

If you are walking there from Putney Tube Station, then the shop is on the right-hand side of the road. Used the Hermes return depot there to return a product to Amazon. Make sure you enlarge the QR code that Amazon e-mailed you as you need that code to print off the return label to attach to your parcel. In addition, make sure you have taped up your parcel securely to ensure it gets returned to Amazon safely.

It's always mixed in the shop. Sometimes the staff can be informative and helpful but on other days are completely rude. It's as if everything is the customer's fault. They are quite incompetent when it comes to parcels, and can offer very little help and advice.
