Tesco Superstore

AVOID*** went and did a £200 shop, spent 1hour in car park and received a £70 fine for overstay or not validating my parking with a £5 spend??
Absolute Joke this is not good customer service at all, will never go back here. I've been using this Tesco for years and never had nothing like this? I hope your business deal with APCOA is worth losing long term loyal customers over. Go look at APCOA trust pilot reviews complete scam of a company.

Only went there twice, found a great selection of groceries for the size of the place, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Got the feel that it’s a store that knows its customers like a small shop does.

I love the Tescos store, Tescos ethos. The store in Loughton is my local Tescos, I also use the one at Church Langley as that's got a fuel station attached. The Loughton staff are s helpful, brilliant 👏 keep up the good work......

Did a big shop here 10/06 really good experience, friendly helpful staff, a ginger lad called Oscat offered to help me to my car.I also bumped into.that mad 70s comedian Norman Collier thete which was a nice surprise, he did his broken michrophone gag, he cracks me up.

Same ole Tesco! It's a supermarket. At times understocked/ understaffed often long long queues at checkouts. And it's always on the same day's and time's. Busy weekends ect. They have several checkouts but at these times only 50-60% of them are used. The staff their work very hard and are always polite and helpful despite having to more than they should have to. Wake up Tesco look after your staff.

I would just like to commend Tracy from the click and collect team in Epping. She is always so hard working and always so helpful. She always greets me with a smile and goes out of her way to help. She delivered great service again today after a glitch with the system. What a fantastic staff member 🤩

Received a parking ticket of £70 even though I went to tesco’s and have a bank statement saying I shopped there…. Absolute joke???!

Parked, used shop, spent £37, asked cashier for car park receipt, entered code into machine as instructed, 2 weeks later get fine for £70 that will kindly reduce to £30 if paid promptly. Only way to appeal is through the scumbag private parking company. Won't use Tesco's again if they continue to affiliate themselves with these scumbag robbing pirate companies that are plaguing amenity parking places across the UK.
