As usual, food court of a very high standard. Food of good quality, helpful staff and a very good layout of the store.

very handy to have when you have too spend so much time at the hospital where it's a snack to eat while your there or something simple to cook when your home great shop reasonably priced

Astonishing customer service. Man with very long dirty hair looked like under drug influence!! M&s, sort your staff out!

Good and bad points follow... V handy to have this store here. Each time I've been in Broomfield Hospital its been a great source of chocolate, savouries, and most needed - their pressed and chilled fruit drinks which I crave. Only reason not awarded 5 stars is that their prices I feel are a little too high. AND they shut too early for a place that's operating 24/7. Twice I've found them closed after struggling downstairs unwell.

Staff member Chris Bartlett was very rude and aggressive even trying to start a fight for no apparent reason.

We're getting something to eat and drink within the store, my husband to be refused to buy me any other drink but water jokingly I turned around and said to him well I suppose I have to have that. Then we got has my husband-to-be for the staff he said there be people in the world grateful for water I then said back to him not being serious why don't you give it to him then. Then I got told rudely buy one of your assistance in my opinion attitude problem. My husband-to-be said there is signs up saying staff respect. I feel as we was not talking to the assistant at the time and we would have both giving the assistant appropriate attention to show respect that we were given attention to the task in question and also we was not messing around like being slow for example, I expect your staff to also show us respect boy for example not interrupting our private conversation and remember they are not paid to have an opinion.

Admitted to hospital without warning, so they were v useful. Limited hours, so check before you head down. But they stock pyjamas. Pretty nasty and awful pyjamas but they are useful nonetheless.
