I use to come here because is close to my place, but today was very poor service !!!
As soon as I took my piece of cake, the gentleman was waving in a hurry to go to the cashier 🤨
I’m not in a hurry and don’t want stress…
17: 35 another young staff approached my table asked in hurry if I was fino?
Well, I was still drinking my coffee…..

He grabbed the empty cake plate and napkins and run away… since I’m writing this he’s still talking at the client at the next table….
Do you really close at 6pm?
So you should STOP selling 1 hour in advance for cleaning!!!
That is NOY client problem!!!!!

I left my money here and expect the service in exchange!!!!!

Closed on Friday before 6.30pm,useless.
How can people working in the city do any shopping in that store?
Sainsburys and B and q have no problems staying open till 8pm.

I had a really bad experience in the shop this morning i got there at 08:00 and felt like i was followed and watched the whole way round my shopping trip. I could then hear the members of staff talking about the items i was looking at then walking over to check that i had not taken "the shoes" and to check what bag i had to make sure i could not fit anything in there. I had a very small bag that wouldn't of fit anything in there so they got the whole situation wrong. I then made my way to the till as i did i walked past a bunch of the women working there talking and as i walked past one shouted, i am not letting another thief get out of this shop!!! I then paid for my items of clothing at the till and i could hear the women talking about how they must of got it wrong and laughing at it. At this point i felt extremely on edge and extremely humiliated. This is the most out of place i have ever felt going into a shop and honestly i do not think i will ever enter the shop again.

Every time I go even basic items are missing like today sour cream and icing sugar. Done with M&S, I can never get all i need there even if it’s just 3/4 things.

Great having an M&S local however not much of a range and customer service isn't great nor welcoming and difficult to find a staff member to help

A shop I'd always use for clothing & sometimes other things been going there for years which is a testament to the shop itself. Prices probably par for the course staff always friendly in these trying times.

If you want to buy all you need - come early morning. Mostly nothing at evenings. But products quality is great and we like it.

Great British food! Even the ready meals here are some of my favourite. The fruit and veg produce isn't enough, I wish there was more selection.
