Nice store and I spend a lot of money there but not happy about fewer checkouts and long queues! Storage for large boxes of toys etc now in place of checkouts. How can you do a piled up large trolley full at self service?? Driving customers elsewhere.

The supermarket is great and well stocked and good prices. However I went to the self serve check outs yesterday at 7.30/8.00pm and the 2 ladies on the self service checkouts were miserable and unfriendly. They did not appear to possess basic human communication skills of hello/goodbye thank you. These people are the face of your organisation Tesco so retrain or get rid of them as they are doing you no favours

The worst part is the poo/nappie stink when you just get through the store entrance. After two minutes you're used to it and the effect is not that bad, but that smell shouldn't be there at the first place. Also, the store is bigger than others I've been but it doesn't have as many products for some reason. Probably due to the shortages we're suffering globally but it should be fixed. On the good side, the store has got plenty of car park space, a good size petrol station at the exit and the personnel at the tills are nice.

Upon my recent visit to Tesco, I was given the best customer service from a young blonde woman by the name of Annalise. Very professional and helpful. 10/10

Friendly staff, big store. However the swinging turnstile gates are a big no-no! They hit hard and bring down the shopping experience.

I've been shopping here for nearly 19 years. The quality of customer service and the shop offering in general went down hill a lot in the last 2-3 years. After recently the store smelling of sewage for over few weeks, today I had enough. I've had rude service at the checkout, which I felt, has ruined my good day. Some staff just dont have basic customer service skills. I'll have to be very desperate to come back here again

Excellent service and top offers for Christmas. Tesco’s store layout is logical and follows a shopper‘s migratory route which keeps congestion to a minimum. Well done!

Absolutely stinks as you come in to the store and all around the fruit and veg. Toilets are always backed-up and it’s revolting. Absolutely ruins a otherwise okay shopping experience.
