Got a parking ticket, despite spending well over £5 in store, because the parking signs didn't make this clear and I couldn't see any machine to "validate" my receipt. Parked twice in the space of a couple of days so now I've got £140 of parking fines to pay. Not happy.

I always go to this tesco normally a more pleasant experience than Wood St. But Sunday was bad, no trollies, no lift, car park flooded and short staffed, really not good.

Service is fine but for the life of me it drives me mad they have a 60 long line and won’t ever use the 6 extra self service by meal deals..

This is for customer service female staff member that was on duty around 1830 19/8/22 . I work at customer service all day and every day and if my attitude was as abrupt and unhelpful as hers then I would be ashamed of myself. She had no customer queue and looked as though she was doing end of day finishing up but when a customer asks for assistance it's help not a dismissive attitude. Your parking machines failed to accept a parking voucher and said to ask for assistance at customer service. Customer service said do it online, as a customer I have no access so the staff member went over to a tablet pulled up a screen and said enter the full registration number which is what happened. I still have no reassurance that I will not be receiving a parking ticket for being in the car park for approximately an hour although I still have the parking ticket that was not accepted and my shopping receipts

Staff very helpful and courteous. Nolan was extremely helpful today. Visiting this store is a pleasant experience.

my sister and i got kicked out of here once for going in the back aisles and pushing eachother up and down them in a trolley. worth it tho bc that shiz was fun cant lie. if ur a kid and ur hard give it a go. anyway past that just a tesco really. dk what else to tell u bar that tbh. dont go in expecting a different supermarket bc u will be disappointed bc it is a tesco.
