Great bargains on most of the food products but the staff including the manager have zero customer service skills. Store was 7 minutes late to open at 10am!! Not as if it’s an early start. I said good morning to team member and she completed ignored me. All staff could go on a customer service course

Great prices very friendly helpful staff . An hour's free parking if you obtain a ticket while shopping. Just wish I had more room in my freezer so I'll be back for more Greggs sausage rolls .

Waited in from 5 after work for a food delivery to get a call at 06:45pm and be told the driver finishes his shift at 07:15pm and he couldn't find my address nor could he pick up the phone to of tried to speak to me to find out where my address is, spoke to the manager Kelly on the phone who couldn't help but laugh on the phone at the situation no option for them to come back out nor deliver a time the next day me and my partner where home, only option was then to go and collect, whole point of delivery is due to me being 8 months pregnant, spoke to her again in store and was not sympathetic in the slightest very rude and walked off, Fantastic customer service as a manager... Not! Will sadly not be using them again due to such a poor service.

Haven't been to Iceland for a long time mainly because I worked in a well known supermarket but have recently retired.
Was really impressed by the range of foods and value for money and will definitely be visiting again

Smallish vegan range in a single freezer and some products out of stock but had good offer on frozen fruit. 2 bags for £3 is decent.

Dad's shop at Iceland too! Got some good stuff in there these days. Gino Di Campo bits are lovely, especially that cheesy garlic bread.
