Tesco Express

Used to be good, but since horse meat times gone downhill. I used to eat may dish's that were found to later have horsemeat in and used my loyaty card. Did Tesco return that loyalty by notifying that they had missold too me - No they did not.

Last time I used they tried oevr charging me for a buy any two for 4£ range of meals saying I should of picked the same two, dispite it saying ANY TWO from the range. I did not argue, I said oh well i'm off then if your being a dick about it and left a full basket of shopping and went over the road to Budgens instead.

I now in principle walk away leaving my shopping when they try to over charge me, not brought anything from there this year despite 4 attempt.

Went in there today, stood for few minutes with assistant right behind me and nobody at the checkout, so left basket and walked to siansburys instead who had checkout people and better air-conditioning.

It's cheaper than the competition across the road plus it always seems to have more stock. The world food section is good too and you can get online purchases sent here when you are not at home.

Staff constantly in the way, restocking shelves - put their trollies in the most stupid and unsafe of places during peak times blocking entire isles because they’re too lazy to do it before/after closing hours. Staff sometimes don’t even bother to bag for you (What’s the point of them just replace them with Selfserve if that’s the case) - barely speak English, look bored and unmotivated, mouldy fruit/veg in the “fresh section”... Tesco higher management need to take a look into this store. Go to Sainsbury’s across the road, same prices, bigger store, better stock and better staff.

Fridge door seals dont work purely because staff stand on the ridge of the door seals.Hence why food doesnt feel cool enough.Dont shop there any more.

As is typical of all Tesco express stores I've visited, very narrow aisles - not ideal especially for those with a disability. God help you if you're a wheelchair user!

Amazing customer service 😊😊😊 I have to mention a name she called Ambi or ambika she was really helpful, when I struggled to get product she was busy even she was very polite and came to help me . Thanks Ambi good customer service. Keep it up 😍😍😍

Then when you get to the till you’re always overcharge for some items.

Either sync your tills to the correct price for items, Or stop ripping people off !!!!!!

Staff at this Tesco deserve a medal for what they have to put up with, very hard workers and always polite.
