M&S Simply Food

Been going here for a year, just got accused of stealing at the front door after i just paid, calls over other staff and starts to make a scene and i'm not precious or anything but i was super f-ing offended.
Either way, its a shame cus i really like the shop but that was so embarrassing and it made me so mad i'm not gonna be shopping there anymore. (Rest of the staff are nice btw, nothing against them)

Love the shop, but cba with being judged/made to feel like a thief for coming in.

A good selection and handy to have nearby. It is only small but stocks all the essentials you expect as well as flowers, cards etc and an in store bakery which is always welcome. Product availability is normally good but in typical M&S style they very regularly move things around and sometimes delist items you’ve gotten used to buying.

Queues are normally short, but there is no self service tills. They also offer click and collect but it can be a bit hit and miss trying to find someone to retrieve it for you. It also has a (very) small car park to the back as well as the limited on street parking just in front.

Picked up my christmas food order plus a few extra bits. Was super easy and staff were so helpful. Shelves were well stocked and managed to get everything I needed.

I was shopping for an old lady. l could not get single onions, peppers, garlic or potatoes. Everything was in great big bags of loads of the thing ( non recyclable at that) So I went to the greengrocer.

On the main high street so easy to pop in to get most food items. We'll manned checkout makes it quicker to checkout. Staff very helpful.

Great place always clean and tidy friendly staff that goes out the way to help you.
We really can say enough about them as they are just a nice shop thats what my family experience is.

Convenient and lots parking spaces in the car park around the corner.

Clean store, well stocked. Staff where very helpful and pleasant to talk with.
